I have a 2014 gmc seirra that i bought brand new in august of 2013. 6 months after purchasing the vehicle i started to get water intrution into the cab of the truck. I had to return to courtesy on johnson st numerous times until the leak was fixed. Two weeks ago i got into my truck and the inside of the cab was soaking wet. I then droped my truck off to courtesy vermillion to have the leak repaired for the 4th time. I was told my extened warranty would not cover the leak and i would have to pay $350 dollars. I just find it very bad business that a leak that was supposed to be fixed by one dealer was not and another dealer of the same company says its not there problem that they were not the ones who fixed it the first three times “vermillion service manager”. Me and my wife have bought numerous vehicles from courtesy and we have made the decision to never purchase a vehicle from courtesy again. Its very disappointing that our loyalty towards courtesy is over looked

Very nice and courtious. The worker's, and the service department. Never had a ounce of trouble with any employee at courtesy. Would recommend Courtesy of Abbeville to all friend's that i know. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
